Restricted Access Piling is a Pennine Geotechnical specialism. ‘Mini’ or ‘micro’ piling is necessary where access is limited, or locations are challenging. These can be naturally occurring challenges but are more than often within man-made / urban landscapes like inside existing buildings, under road or rail (or canal) bridges, in tunnels or basements, etc.
Restricted access does not just apply to access dimensions – there can be weight limitations too. We have the range of drilling and grouting solutions and plant to suit most challenging environments.
